CRISTINA’S CURLS BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The Cristina’s Curls Birthday Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Cristina’s Curls (“Sponsor”), Crafted Influence (the “Administrator”), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on February 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on February 25, 2026 (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
To receive one (1) valid entry, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:
1. Post a video, story, or static post on Instagram featuring Cristina’s Curls products.
2. Tag the official @CristinasCurls account in the post or story.
3. Ensure the participant’s Instagram profile is set to “Public” at the time of entry and for at least forty-eight (48) hours following the end of the Giveaway Period so that the entry can be verified.
All three steps must be completed to constitute a valid entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple posts do not constitute multiple entries.
Entries must comply with Instagram’s terms of service and may not contain unlawful, offensive, infringing, or inappropriate content as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a One-Year Supply of Cristina’s Curls products.
The prize consists of one (1) unit of each core Cristina’s Curls product currently available on cristinascurls.com at the time of fulfillment, plus additional Curl Enhancing products selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize will not exceed $600.
Specific products, quantities, and SKUs will be determined by Sponsor based on availability at the time of fulfillment. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if any product becomes unavailable.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Crafted Influence, acting on behalf of Cristina’s Curls, from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will occur on or about February 27, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram. The winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
6. Publicity and Content License
By entering, participants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost, share, publish, and otherwise use submitted content for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and entry content for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
7. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Crafted Influence, Instagram, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, or damage arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, technical malfunctions, platform errors, or unauthorized human intervention.
8. Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Cristina’s Curls and not to Instagram.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
