Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders received on Friday after 4:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day. 

*Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends. Orders processed after 4pm EST will continue processing on the following business day. 

Shipping

We offer Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only) to all 50 states via USPS. FREE Standard Shipping is offered on orders $80+ after discounts are taken and before taxes. For orders under $80, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

We know mistakes happen, but once an order is packed no edits or cancellations can be made. Cristina’s Curls is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Any reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages 

It is possible for items to shift in transit and well as wear and tear to appear on the package due to handling. Be sure to inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. To provide you peace of mind and to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit, add Route Protection at checkout for just $1.99 

Without Route Protection, Cristina’s Curls cannot accept responsibility for packages marked as delivered. 

Wrong Item or Missing Order 

If we make the error of sending the wrong item or a damaged product, we'll correct it as quickly as possible. Please contact us at hello@cristinascurls.com or via live chat within 2 days of delivery with your order number and details about the products received.

Simply, contact us at hello@cristinascurls.com or via live within 10 days of order delivery to request a full refund or store credit, excluding return shipping, equal to 100% of your product purchase price. 

Products must be returned unopened. We'll provide you with return instructions and shipping details.

Processing & Shipping

The holidays bring joy — and record shipping volumes! Please note that processing times and tracking updates may appear slower than usual. Carrier delays are normal during this period, so please wait 7-8 business days after your ship date before contacting us about delays. 

Returns

Purchases made between November 17, 2025 and December 21, 2025 are eligible for returns through January 12, 2025. Due to higher order volumes, please allow 5-10 business days for resolutions during this period.
