Return Exceptions
We do not offer refunds at this time. Keep in mind, all products are freshly made from scratch when placed. Once we receive your order, we quickly pull ingredients to be sure our inventory is correct. If you receive an incorrect product, please email a picture of what was sent in error and we will gladly send out the correct product.

When will I receive my order

All of our products are handcrafted and made to order, so please allow 4 to 5 business days for orders to be processed, fulfilled and shipped. The quality and freshness of each product is very important to us, therefore this process can not be rushed. 

Please make sure you have included the correct shipping address. We are unable to reroute an order once it has been processed and shipped. It will be your responsibility to retrieve items sent to the wrong address.

If your package is returned, we can send it back out to you AFTER the shipping cost has been paid. 


Carriers

We ship via USPS Priority Mail an/or UPS Ground. Once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

 

What to do if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?

If items are damaged, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS) for a refund. All packages are insured up to $100. We ARE NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was delivered and is missing or stolen, please use the tracking number emailed to you and file a claim with USPS or UPS.
