Free Shipping

All U.S. orders $80+ (after discounts and before taxes) ship free with standard USPS shipping.
For orders under $80, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed in the order they’re received. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed, fulfilled, and shipped.
Orders placed after 4:00 pm EST or on weekends/holidays begin processing on the next business day.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Once an order has been packed, we’re unable to edit the shipping address or cancel the order.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the new shipping cost has been paid.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time = processing time (1–3 business days) + the carrier’s transit time.
Transit times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer due to carrier volume.

What if my order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged?

We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout. It’s a small add-on that helps protect your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

  • If you purchased Route: file a claim directly through Route using your order and tracking details; they’ll guide you through next steps.
  • If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you didn’t receive it and you did not purchase Route, Cristina’s Curls is not responsible for replacement, except where required by law.

If we make an error (wrong item sent or a product arrives damaged), we’ll work to correct it quickly:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery at hello@cristinascurls.com or via live chat.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the items and packaging.

What to do if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?

If items are damaged, please file a claim with the carrier (USPS or UPS) for a refund.

All packages are insured up to $100.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was delivered and is missing or stolen, please use the tracking number emailed to you and file a claim with USPS or UPS.

What is your return policy? (Love Your Curls Guarantee)

Before requesting a return, we encourage you to reach out to our curl care team for personalized support.

Email hello@cristinascurls.com or chat with us on our website and include:

  • Photos of your child’s curls
  • The products you used and what happened
  • Your current wash-day routine
  • The results you’re hoping to achieve

If the products still aren’t the perfect fit, our 15-day Love Your Curls Guarantee has you covered:

  • Contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@cristinascurls.com or via live chat to request a return.
  • Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive either:
  • full refund to your original payment method, or
  • store credit equal to 100% of your product purchase price.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable unless required by law or clearly stated in a promotion.

How do holiday shipping and returns work? (2025 season)

Holiday Shipping Cut-Offs (Continental U.S. only):

  • Order by December 18 for Standard Delivery before Christmas.
  • Order by December 21 for Expedited Delivery before Christmas.

Processing & Shipping During the Holidays
The holidays bring record shipping volumes. Processing times and tracking updates may appear slower than usual. Carrier delays are normal during this period, so please allow 7–8 business days after your ship date before contacting us about delivery delays.

Holiday Returns
Purchases made between November 17, 2025 and December 21, 2025 are eligible for returns through January 12, 2026, subject to the conditions in our Love Your Curls Guarantee above. Due to higher order volumes, please allow 5–10 business days for us to review and resolve return requests during this period.

Which carriers do you use, and will I get tracking?

We currently ship within the United States using USPS for most orders.
Once your order has been processed, fulfilled, and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after your label is created.
