All orders over $75 will ship Free!
We do not offer refunds at this time. Keep in mind, all products are freshly made from scratch when placed. Once we receive your order, we quickly pull ingredients to be sure our inventory is correct. If you receive an incorrect product, please email a picture of what was sent in error and we will gladly send out the correct product.
What to do if my order is lost or stolen.
We Highly Recommend that you purchase Route when you're checking out. It is a small price to pay for additional insurance. We have great relationship with Route and replacement orders typically go out within 24 to 48 hours of filing the claim.
When will I receive my order?
All of our products are handcrafted and made to order, so please allow 4 to 5 business days for orders to be processed, fulfilled and shipped.
The quality and freshness of each product is very important to us, therefore this process can not be rushed.
Please make sure you have included the correct shipping address. We are unable to reroute an order once it has been processed and shipped. It will be your responsibility to retrieve items sent to the wrong address.
If your package is returned, we can send it back out to you after the shipping cost has been paid.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail an/or UPS Ground. Once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
