How does Curlfriend Rewards work?

Join free for 350 points. Add your email and a few follows and you're past 500, which is your first $5 off, before you've spent a dollar. After that every $1 earns 5 points, plus points for birthdays, reviews and referrals.

How much are my points worth?

Every 100 points is $1 off. So 500 points is $5, 1,000 is $10, 1,500 is $15, and Platinum members can claim $30 at 3,000.

How do I add my child's birthday?

Log in and add it in Your rewards on this page. It only takes a second and you only do it once. 350 points then land on their day, every year, with no reminder needed.

How do I use a reward?

Log in, pick a reward in Your rewards on this page and claim it. The code drops straight into your cart, so there's nothing to copy or paste. It's good for 12 months.

Can I use a reward with a sale or another code?

No, one code per order. Use a welcome code on your first order and your reward waits for the next one.

Do my points expire?

Your points stay active as long as you order at least once every 12 months. After 12 months with no order they expire.

When do my points show up?

Points land once your order is confirmed, so they arrive a little after checkout rather than the moment you pay. If an order is cancelled or refunded, those points come back off.

How do tiers work?

Your tier follows what you've spent over the last 12 months: $85 for Silver, $140 for Gold, $250 for Platinum. Higher tiers earn more per $1 (6, 8 and 10 points). Your tier moves up on its own, and spending points never sets it back.

How do review points work?

Reviews earn 150 points, or 250 with a photo of the product in use. They need at least 50 characters, points arrive 14 days later, and you can earn on up to 3 reviews a month.

I have a subscription. Do I still earn?

Yes, every subscription order earns at your tier's rate like any other order. You can also put 500 points toward $5 off a subscription order, but that's the same 500 points as the regular $5 off, so it's an alternative rather than an extra and it won't combine with other offers.

What is Black Friday early access?

Curlfriends shop our Black Friday sale a week before everyone else.

What if a friend I referred returns their order?

If a referred order is cancelled or returned, the referral points for it come back off.
