Promotion Period:

March 17, 2026, 12:00 AM EST to March 17, 2026, 11:59 PM EST

Eligibility:

This promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Cristina’s Curls, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.

How to Enter:

To enter, customers must place a qualifying order on cristinascurls.com during the Promotion Period. Each order placed during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) automatic entry into the random drawing. No purchase necessary alternative entry method is not available for this promotion.

Qualifying Orders:

  • Orders must be placed between March 17, 2026, 12:00 AM EST and March 17, 2026, 11:59 PM EST
  • All products on cristinascurls.com are eligible
  • No minimum purchase amount required
  • Multiple orders will receive multiple entries (one entry per order)
  • Orders must be successfully completed and paid for to qualify
  • Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders will be disqualified

Prize:

One (1) winner will receive a full refund of their qualifying order amount. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Prize Details:

  • Refund amount equals the total order value including product costs, applicable taxes, and shipping fees
  • Maximum refund value: No maximum limit
  • Minimum refund value: No minimum; winner receives refund of their actual order total
  • Prize has no cash surrender value and is non-transferable
  • No substitution of prize permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion

Winner Selection:

One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about March 18, 2026, by Cristina’s Curls or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion.

Winner Notification:

The potential winner will be notified via email at the email address associated with their order within 48 hours of the drawing. The potential winner will also be announced on Cristina’s Curls’ social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). The potential winner must respond to the notification email within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within the specified time period, or if the notification email is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Verification:

The potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within five (5) days of notification attempt. If the potential winner fails to complete and return the required documents within the specified time period, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if the potential winner does not comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Refund Processing:

Upon winner verification and completion of all required documentation, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, winner must provide alternative payment information for refund processing. Refund timeline may vary depending on the winner’s financial institution.

Taxes:

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, on the prize. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 if the prize value exceeds $600.

General Conditions:

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Cristina’s Curls, which are final and binding in all respects
  • Cristina’s Curls reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules, tampers with the entry process, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner
  • Cristina’s Curls reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Cristina’s Curls’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion
  • In the event of termination, a notice will be posted online and the winner will be selected from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to termination
  • Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Cristina’s Curls reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law

Limitation of Liability:

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Cristina’s Curls, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission, communication, or entries; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Released Parties that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a prize, or from participation in the promotion; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the promotion.

Publicity:

By accepting a prize, winner grants Cristina’s Curls permission to use their name, likeness, order details (excluding personal payment information), and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy:

Information collected from entrants is subject to Cristina’s Curls’ Privacy Policy available at cristinascurls.com/policies/privacy-policy.

Disputes:

This promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Your State], without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this promotion, entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in [Your County], [Your State] having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances shall entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this promotion). Entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Severability:

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope within 30 days of the Promotion Period end date to: Cristina’s Curls, St. Patrick’s Day Winner Request, [Your Business Address]. Winner’s name will also be announced on Cristina’s Curls’ social media channels.
